We are one of the largest staffing firms in northeastern Ohio, and we are currently seeking candidates for Inside Sales Representatives for one of our TOP CLIENTS. This is an excellent assignment with the leading international provider of preventative health screenings.
This is a great opportunity to work for a quickly growing call center in the Belden Village/Canton area. All calls are from qualified leads and the base-plus-commission pay structure can allow you to earn anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000 a year. Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)
Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work in a state-of-the-art call center making calls to existing clients to schedule preventative health screenings. Great part is it will be repeat business.
Your specific duties as an Inside Sales Representative will include:
• Selling products to new customers and upselling new screenings to existing clients
• Making outbound calls to qualified leads that are existing customers
• Documenting all sales calls
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas and goals

Job Requirements
As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be an outgoing, motivated and extremely coachable individual with the ability to easily learn our client's consultative sales process. You must also be highly perceptive in your interactions with customers, with strong listening skills and the ability to accurately read a given situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people.
Specific qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative position include:
• Strong personal motivation to exceed goals
• Solid customer service skills
• Availability to work a very flexible schedule between 2:30-11pm Monday through Thursday, 11:30am-8pm Friday and one weekend shift once a month.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, employment and education verification
• Prior experience in a customer-facing and consultative sales role preferred
• Prior call center experience a plus

Here's some of what you will receive:

• Base salary of $10.00-$14.00 per hour based on experience
• Bonuses up to $200-$1500 monthly
• Annual income potential between $30,000 and $45,000
