Edible Arrangements seeks Full Time Supervisor to supervise daily retail store operations in the South Shore.

You’ll lead your store’s overall operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence.

You will be accountable for maximizing the sales and profits of the store while providing exceptional level of customer service and developing strong collaborative store team.

As a Store Supervisor, your Edible Arrangements store will be an important part of the local community. You’ll ensure your store employees make connections with the customers they interact with every day. The goal of your store is to be the model of operational excellence.

1 Year Minimum Prior retail or foodservice supervisory experience preferred.

Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Supervise daily operations, including making arrangements, driver routes, product and supply orders, scheduling, and quality control.
• Proactively work to build sales.
• Train new employees
• Complete required sales reports, reconcile sales and money, and makes bank deposits.
• Answer phones and provides extraordinary customer service.
• Supervise product preparation and employee work performance.
• Manage inventory
• Monitor sales and operational activities of the store to ensure objectives are met
• Manage aggressive budget goals -- from setting sales goals to managing operations in such a way that budget goals are met or exceeded at all times.
• Develop aggressive local store marketing plans and oversee implementation.
