Job Description
Executes Workload and distributes tasks to support the Customer experience
  • Serves as E3 to ensure a positive and compelling Customer experience
  • Observes Associate performance and provides feedback in partnership with ASM/SM
  • Assigns tasks and guides workflow in the areas of the 5 Basics
Supports store Customer Service Operations
  • Oversees daily functions of the Cash Office (i.e. register and cash balancing, change orders, supplies, over/short research)
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the registers and service desk areas
  • May be required to execute opening/closing/Overnight store procedures as E3
  • Authorizes voids and other transactions as needed
Demonstrates Kohl’s Customer Service approach
  • Delivers the highest level of Customer Service supporting Kohl’s Yes We Can culture through effective problem solving
  • Advocates and executes all company Customer Service programs (i.e. Kohl’s Service Promise, GREAT, 2 in Line, Smile and Say Hi)
  • Supervises and assists in accurate and efficient processing of Customers’ requests and transactions

Trains Associates to maximize performance
  • Provides timely feedback on Customer Service delivery
  • Facilitates Orientation and Customer Service training

Special Requirements
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional frequent basis Greater than 50 pounds = 1 Associate per 50 pounds
