Over Night Floor Staff

No Excuse Workout requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven Membership Sales Consultant with previous fitness experience looking to help improve the lives of our prospects. Candidates must have: - B.A. or B.S. in recreation, fitness, business management or related field preferred. - Two years experience sales or management preferred. - Knowledge of the membership sales process, cross-selling and up-selling to members. Ability to tour and close prospective members. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in Windows format. - Ability to initiate and create friendly relationships with members, guests and staff. - Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally to members, guests and staff in person as well as over the phone. - Ability to create and present powerful presentations to large or small groups. - Knowledge of Publisher and PowerPoint programs helpful. - Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments. - Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize tasks. - Exhibit a professional and polite appearance at all times.
