Labor & Delivery Nurse - (LD RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N
This unit prides themselves on a comfortable and comprehensive experience for all patients and are looking for a team based RN to join their elite group
Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.
Required Qualifications
CA license
3 year L&D experience
ACLS, NRP
Advanced Fetal Monitoring

The Carrie McLain Museum is one of the places to go see the “Bering Strait Eskimo” and the “Nome Gold Rush.” Trail sled dog race is something to see and laugh about. During World War II, Nome was the last stop on the ferry for planes flying from the United States to the Soviet Union.
