About this job
We are currently looking to hire all levels of cooks for a variety of locations such as universities, hotels, hospitals, museums, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities ServSafe/ Preparation of all breakfast, lunch & dinner hot food.
*Preparation of all hot grill lunch & dinner items including daily special according to prescribed recipes .
*Must interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards and company inventory. *Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling of food and equipment.
*Represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions.
*Will assist with special catering projects. Serving customers Assist with clean-up. Wears the prescribed uniform and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
*ServSafe a plus! But not required!
