General Manager - Full-time

We are looking for Skilled Pizza Managers who can operate their stores independently but still comply with operational requirements of the franchise system to share in the success of our growing operations. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of current management experience in Pizza!

Requirements for the General Manager position: 

• Supervise staff to ensure that food and labor costs meet required goals.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure labor is adequately scheduled at the appropriate time to address customer demand within cost guidelines.
• Support local marketing initiatives.
• Recruit staff and oversee employee training program.
• Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are strictly maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
• 50 hours a week, including evening and weekends as required.
• Acceptable MVR, reliable transportation and ability to make deliveries if required
• Serve Safe Certification a Plus
• Bilingual a Plus

• Base Salary: $26K - $32K/year
