Erickson Oil Products, premier owner and operator of 65 Freedom Valu Center branded convenience stores in the Midwest is seeking a key player to join our team as Store Manager of our Freedom Valu Center in Winona, MN. If you have a passion for customer service, are sales driven and can lead a winning team this may be a great opportunity for you!

The Store Manager is responsible for customer service, operations, shrinkage/inventory control, merchandising, food service, HR (staffing, training, employee relations, enforcing policies) overall profitability and creating a positive team-oriented store culture. Store Managers oversee and perform internal and external store maintenance duties as needed and must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts as necessary.

The desired candidate has previous convenience store management experience and a minimum high school education or equivalent; must be self-motivated, dependable and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining total customer focus.
