Customer Service Representative - Full-time

 Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift customer service position.  Hiring for numerous positions for a well known La Crosse company.

Duties:
- Answer inbound calls regarding clients appointments and documentations needed for appointments
- Make outbound calls to find appointment availability and schedule appointments
- Ensure proper guidelines and procedures are followed
- Multi task while being on the phone and working on the computer

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
