Job Summary:
The responsibility of the Market Manager at Weber's Cider Mill Farm will be to efficiently oversee the daily operation of the market, training and managing employees and inventory control. The ultimate goal is to insure the best possible shopping experience for each of our customers. This is a full time year round position.
Requirements:
* Energetic, positive, organized, punctual and creative
* Works well with others
* Follows procedures and is self motivated
* Provide excellent customer service
* Supervise retail sales thought the market and workroom cleanliness
* Schedule employees: weekly and daily
* Coordinate special promotions and seasonal sales
* Concentrate on job at hand
Good customer service skills required
Physical requirements: l
Lifting and carry 30+ lbs., ability to bend and lift and fee range of upper body motion
Standing for long periods of time
Experience:
3-4 years in retail sales
At least 1 year as a retail manager
