About this job

The Account Receivable Specialist is responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the company.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:

  • Process all payments into Great Plains System
  • Communicate with management, co-workers, customers in a  professional manner
  • Conform with and abide by all HandCraft Services policies, regulations, work procedures and instructions.
  • Answers all customers inquires
  • Maintains all account receivable reports, spreadsheets and corporate account payable files
  • Assists in monthly closings
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as required
  • Performs filing and coping
  • Develop and  maintain customer relations to ensure accounts are kept current and accurate
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
