IT Support Specialist

PrideStaff is looking for talented, career-focused, growth-oriented IT professionals to join a rapidly growing client. You will provide support at all levels of the organization with technology needs and issues. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Location: Roswell / Alpharetta

Compensation: Up to $45k DOE

Responsibilities:

- Support internal users on Mac, Microsoft, and mobile devices

- Support external users on printer connectivity and networking

- Set-up, change, and remove users from the network, email, and NetSuite

- Document help desk procedures

- Record ALL help desk support calls

- Configure user desktops and laptops

- Monitor and analyze network performance

- Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks

- Configure and troubleshoot servers

- Ensure network connectivity of all workstations, applications servers, and back-end office infrastructure

- Inspect, maintain, and replace network cabling, voice/data jacks, and other network-related equipment

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent years of experience

- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience

- Customer service mindset and time management skills

- Hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC’s and Mac’s

- Strong analytical skills, self starter, team player

- Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
