We are a family and veteran owned and operated senior transition services company located in Surprise, AZ that is expanding our business and looking for individuals to become valued members of our transition, relocation, and liquidation team.
The position of Transition Team Member is a part-time position that will support the operations team with coordinating, sorting, staging, pricing and setup/cataloging of online auctions as well as providing packing, organizing, clean-out and resettling services in the Phoenix West Valley. Background in packing, relocation, estate sales and antique pricing is a plus but not necessary.
Offering flexible hours (you set the days you are available), a stress-free work environment and the opportunity to help seniors in your community, this position is a great opportunity for retirees looking for part-time employment, empty-nesters, stay at home moms and college students. This position is part-time with opportunity for possible full-time employment as the business continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, have a passion for serving others, patient, compassionate and customer service oriented. Honesty, integrity, and reliability are paramount. Being able to work and communicate in a caring and professional manner with clients, seniors and co-workers is a must. Candidate will be in good physical condition as there could be repetitive lifting & bending as well as prolong periods on your feet. This position will work with our senior and elderly clients to solve their relocation needs. Paid training will be provided.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, be willing to travel to client job sites around the Phoenix West Valley and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol testing.
