Receptionist

The San Jose division of a reputable industrial manufacturing company is looking for an organized part time receptionist to handle the front desk. This is a contract to hire, part time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, screening calls, taking messages
- Attend to visitors in the lobby: getting water, coffee
- Typing, filing, printing as requested by employees
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining building schedule, conference rooms, etc.
- Refilling candy bowl, etc.

Working hours: M-F 9-4

Requirements:
Two year college degree preferred
2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant experience
Outgoing, friendly and approachable
Ability to multi-task and be proactive
Excellent problem solving skills
Extremely detail oriented
Committed to professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older

Salary/Benefits:
Contract to Hire Opportunity
Monday- Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (Part Time)
$11-13/hr. (hourly position)
