As a member of our Front of House Team, you are the most important link in the relationship between guests and their experience. Essential Functions:
The primary responsibility of a server is to administer the 7 Steps of Service to every guest within their assigned section while maintaining guest sensitivity, cleanliness, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security, and company policy requirements.
Desired Skills or Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to retain menu item information, meet basic math and reading requirements, uphold professional working relationships with other associates and maintain composure while under stress.
