Spartan is currently hiring  Machine Operator in Marshall, MN and surrounding areas! This is a long term temp opportunity with a great company! All shifts, 6am until, working Monday - Friday some weekends, paying $9.00 - $12.00 per hour . Positions are starting immediately, APPLY NOW!

 

Job Description

-       Ability to operate multiple machines safely in a fast paced environment, with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications. Prefer them to be proficient in communication and reasoning skills to pass on information to co workers, and to relay information to and from all employee levels including management and skilled personnel. 

 

Job Requirements:

     Highschool Diploma/GED

     Machine operation experience

 Must be able to learn on the job, be a self starter, pays attention to detail and is action oriented.Able to read work instructions, accurately, good math skills required

 Physically be on your feet, able to bend, lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for a long shifts, 

 Excellent attendance with the ability to be flexible with schedule, as business demands.

 Ability to work with a team and multi-task in a fast paced environment with a can do attitude

Willing to sumbit to a drug screen and back ground check

Pay Rate:  $9.00 - $12.00 per hour               

Hours/Shift: all shifts, Monday - Friday and some weekends
