About this job

* Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager including letters, general communication and calendar scheduling
* Assist with preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including database support
* Assist with maintaining and organizing program files, policies and procedures.
* Responsible for the office day-to-day operations (such as coordination and communication with building security and management; distributing building access keys and back up to maintenance of office equipment)
Skills/Knowledge Required
* Computer literacy, specifically MS Office (Skills testing will be administered to candidates invited to interview.)
* Strong customer service skills (listening, problem-solving, communication, friendly, tactful, knowledgeable)
* Ability to lift approximately 15 - 20 lbs
