We have an immediate opening for a Aesthetics Tech / Painter.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Requirements
Aesthetic Tech / Painter needed to maintain and improve the aesthetic beauty and function of our facilities. Responsibilities include:
Daily and weekly inspection of walls, banisters, floors, doors, columns, etc., and repairs as indicated
Repair and painting as requested by work orders
Minor repairs to furniture as observed or requested by work orders
Repairs to walls, flooring, and other surfaces as requested by work orders
Reconstruction and repair of sheet rock, doors, etc. where needed or requested
Purchasing of supplies, tools, etc., for repairs, painting, and reconstruction
Ensuring excellence in finish while maintaining safety and following Church procedures to at all times
May drive church vehicles on and between campuses
Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
Prior experience with painting/staining/sheet rock/ tape & bed
Must be a self-starter and work with and without close direct supervision, on a consistent basis, as it pertains to handling ongoing maintenance of assigned responsibilities.
Well organized and able to prioritize, multi task, and adhere to deadlines while working efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
Possess and display attention to detail
Flexibility and problem solving ability
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently or within a team environment
