Our client is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Agent for their company located in Brooklyn, NY!
The ideal candidate will have prior collections experience contacting clients regarding overdue payments and collecting cash.
Any prior supervisory experience overseeing Collections Agents is a PLUS!! Those with this experience will be considered for a Supervisor position.
Requirements:
Prior collections experience a MUST
Must have an excellent professional phone demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks a must
Basic computer skills
This is a direct hire opportunity.
