Direct Hire Position
Looking to make a career move? A prominent construction company within the Santa Clara County is looking to hire a billing manager for direct hire.
Job Description:
- Managing a team of 8 billing specialists ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure resolution of internal and external inquiries regarding billing
- Build and maintain constructive business relationship with internal and external partners including (but not limited to) project managers, other departments and customers
- Coordinate timely follow up and resolution of billing and collection issues and process efficiencies with appropriate parties: Legal, AP, Purchasing and Project Managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of lien releases including unconditional, final and vender liens.
- Working in conjunction with the QMS management representative and the legal department to ensure that all documents are destroyed or archived in accordance with company’s document retention policies
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Construction background highly preferred
- Strong knowledge with T&M
