Randstad National Recruiting is seeking 6 Data Entry Specialists to work for a nationwide healthcare insurance provider based in Eau Claire, WI. This position is temporary with the assignment lasting 3-4 months. Those that cannot commit to the below schedule, should not reply.
Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Duration: 3-4 months
Hours: M-F 40 hours
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
Job Description
Quality Professional Position - 90% review of other work/10% data entry.
The training for the temps will start 7/14 and that will be same hours 7:00-3:30 Mon-Fri
Specific Duties:
1. Learn Medicare guidelines to enroll members into insurance plans
2. Learn to use the computer system to enroll members into insurance plans.
3. Review other processor's work and record your findings
4. Discuss and defend your findings with processors, other reviewers and process team leadership
Working hours: 7am-3:30pm M-F
Qualifications:
1. Computer literacy - strong ability to use a desktop or laptop and refer to multiple programs throughout a process
2. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets (Access database experience a plus)
3. Work as part of a team to meet deadlines
4. Using reference documents to follow a process
