*Telecommuting Role - Seeking candidates in the San Antonio, TX area


in order to attend training and meetings in our local office.


New hires will be required to work in the office until they are 


cleared to work from home.*


 


*Shift will start anytime between 4:00am and 10:30am. Role


includes working every other weekend. Scheduled hours will vary


from week to week.*




 


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work in an EAP call center environment, using clinical proficiency to manage a variety of calls, including high risk issues.

  • Assess clients for high-risk issues; assist with safety planning and access to appropriate level of care through consultation with licensed staff.

  • Provide health and well-being, solution focused consultations.

  • Triage and refer clients as needed to appropriate resources such as EAP and Behavioral Health providers, vendors or community based resources.

  • Responsible for documenting all client contacts and maintaining appropriate clinical records, consulting as needed with supervisors and peers, and interacting with various departments and customer based entities.

  • Quote and explain benefit coverage to members and providers. Follows appropriate benefit procedures.

  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities

  • Back-up Point of Contact/Acting Team Lead as assigned (BL/PDX/SA only)- generally only if no licensed staff available

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage & Family Counseling

  • A minimum of 3 years' post Master's experience in an EAP related field or 5 years post Master's experience in a clinical setting.


  • Demonstrate the ability to build rapport, assess and address risk, and develop goals with members in a telephonic setting.

  • Availability to work between the hours of 4:00am - 10:30am, including weekends.

  • Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Word and Excel.

 


DESIRED ASSETS:



  •  Behavioral Health License in the State of Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)
