The Restaurant Manager has ultimate responsibility for success of the restaurant:
- Enforce the standards of QSC and safeguard the integrity of the brands
- Drive sales through operational execution and store marketing
- Achieve profitability through cost control
- Manage store liability through Human Resources standards, safety, and security
- Train and develop Assistant Managers and crew
- Role-model the standards of performance, appearance, and behavior at all times
- Responsible for achieving profitability through cost controls and shift management. Shift control is a core function of all Managers
