Spartan is currently hiring experienced Production Associates in the Jacksonville, Florida area for a major national retailer. Job Description · Receive packaging products into production area. · Unpack bulk product. · Prepare product for packaging · Position product in packaging. · Use a manual or electric scale to accurately weigh product portions. · Use machinery to package product. · Inspect finished product for quality. Job Requirements · Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments · High School Diploma/GED · Ability to lift 25lbs throughout shift and stand entire time · Ability to work in a fast paced environment · Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask · Committed to safety and quality · Adhere to quality control standards and strict sanitary and hygiene standards · Ability to work in temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees · Ability to work a flexible schedule (overtime and weekends) Ideal Candidates • Experience preferred • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Shift and Pay Rate: Pay Rate: 1st shift: $7.79 per hour
2nd shift: $8.79 per hour
Hours: 1st shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday
