- Responsible for the research, prioritization, and tracking of the initiative opportunities
- Develop recommendations based on data analysis, process reviews, and user experience feedback
- Partners with business partners to mitigate business impact and provides ongoing communication
- Implement recommendations in partnership with functional units
- Coordinate project plan including rollout and testing to accomplish go-live delivery dates
- Partner with business users to assure needs are being satisfied
Requirements
- BS/BA in business related field - advanced degree a plus.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated operations management experience in healthcare or other similar senior level roles
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to positive and effective customer services and experience
- Proven ability to navigate and influence
- Proven ability to create and implement strategic planning
- Proven ability in optimizing operational and financial data to drive decisions
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence and negotiate complex and matrix reporting relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
