  • Responsible for the research, prioritization, and tracking of the initiative opportunities

  • Develop  recommendations based on data  analysis, process reviews, and user  experience feedback

  • Partners with business partners to mitigate business impact and provides ongoing  communication

  • Implement recommendations in partnership with functional units

  • Coordinate project plan including rollout and testing  to accomplish go-live delivery dates

  • Partner with business users to assure needs are being satisfied

Requirements


  • BS/BA in business related field - advanced degree a plus.

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated operations management experience in healthcare or other similar senior  level roles

  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to positive and effective customer services and experience

  • Proven ability to navigate and influence

  • Proven ability to create and implement  strategic planning

  • Proven ability in optimizing operational and financial data  to drive decisions

  • Strong  analytical  and interpersonal skills, proven  ability to influence  and negotiate complex  and matrix reporting relationships

  • Excellent  verbal,  written and presentation skills
