The ideal candidate for this position
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- knowledge of all menu items and accompaniments
- able to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- basic English-language communication skills
- able to operate a keyboard to input Point of Sale procedures
- T.A.B.C. and TIPS Certification required
- previous experience is preferred
