What you will be doing
- training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all banquet activities in order to ensure a successful function and repeat business.
- maximizing customer satisfaction by coordinating banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards.
- ensuring efficient operation of banquet functijons by coordinating and providing work direction for banquet personnel.
- work closely with the kitchen to coordinate cooking, food presentation and delivery times for each function.
- providing employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively.
Requirements
- comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations;
- service standards;
- guest relations and etiquette;
