About this job
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with our donors and customers. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Good listener, friendly and engaging, ability to problem solve. Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment. Six months recent retail or warehouse experience. Sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity to differentiate between and classify items. Ability to stand for eight hours. Ability to bend and twist. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds on a consistent basis. Ability to pass a post-offer lifting test.
