Bojangles is looking for Assistant Managers / Co-Managers in Hopewell, Petersburg, Richmond, Mechanicsville, Quinton, Chester, Midlothian and Ashland!
Interviews are Thursday, June 19th.
Our Assistant Manager assists in the overall management of the unit and providing a strong management presence in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Our Assistant Manager provides leadership and coaching to the employees generating an atmosphere where people strive to exceed the expectations of the customer. Leading by example, motivating crew members, taking initiative, delivering outstanding customer service and holding others and self-accountable are a must for this position.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager
- Must have restaurant management experience within the past 5-7 years
- Must be willing to attend Bojangles’ required 10 week training program which includes some travel to North Carolina
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Candidates who interviewed with Tands previously are not eligible for this event
