Spartan Staffing is currently seeking candidates for Industrial Sewer positions with a company located LaPorte, IN. Employees will be responsible for sewing a variety of fabrics to produce and develop products. Openings are on first and second shift. Starting pay rate is $9.00 to $10.00 per hour – depending upon position and shift. These are considered on temporary to hire opportunities. Employees will be immediately eligible for benefits with Spartan.
Job Duties:
- Sewing a variety of fabrics/products
- Inspection of product to ensure proper assembly
- Sewing machine set up
Qualified Candidates Must Meet the Following Requirements:
- Have prior sewing experience – prior industrial sewing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
