A reputable logistics company located in Rochester, NY is seeking a long term temporary Customer Service Rep to join their team on a part time basis. Hours are M-F 7am-12PM, pay is $12.72/HR

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries
- Tracing shipments
- Assisting customers with rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and/or invoicing questions.
- General clerical duties such as filing, data entry, billing, and answering/directing phone calls

Working hours: 7am-12pm

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Logistics/Transportation experience preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
