Job Description:
_______ is in need of 6 electricians. Their electricians will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing equipment including conveyors, mills, robots, including 480v electricity up to 2300 at seldom times. PLC troubleshooting is ideal, but not required. Candidates MUST be interested in learning about PLC's.
Work Environment:
This is a union setting, candidates will work on day shift from 6a - 6p for their first 30 to 60 days, then move to night shift 6p-6a. The probation period to get into their union is 90 days.
Pay:
24.75$
Qualifications:
Journeyman, or Associates degree is preferred, but not needed. They are after skills of electrical troubleshooting, 480v, industrial experience, plc experience is a plus.
Performance Expectations:
They will be graded on quality of troubleshooting and ability to fix equipment. Communication from shift to shift is a big part as well. Our candidates need to be able to work with a team, and communicate what was accomplished and what needs to get accomplished on the next shift.
Additional Compensation:
Hourly pay, 1.5x overtime and double time on holidays
