Party City, the nation's premier party retailer is currently seeking Full Time Team Leaders for our fun, fast paced stores.
The primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to provide leadership and supervision (with direction from the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager) in all aspects of store operations in order to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals. The specific areas of responsibility include: sales and service management, human resource management, merchandise/inventory management and operations/administration management. He/She exercises strong judgment and demonstrates commitment to the success of the company by positively supporting the company's and Store Manager's directives and objectives.
Previous retail management experience required.
