Position Expectations and responsibilities:
- Paramount requirement: Customer is always the first priority above everything else
-All staff and all levels of management are required to run the store from the front of the house! 
- Delivery drivers and management Must have a valid State drivers license, insurance, and own and maintain a vehicle. 
-Many of our stores are open 24 hours and overnight staff are paid additionally for hours worked during specific hours.
- Must be willing to lead by example and always have a great attitude with customers and team members!
-All team members are expected to work together, we pride ourselves in team building.
-All team members are expected to maintain restaurant to Subway compliance standards, and follow and abide by State and Federal laws and guidelines.
-Inventories and orders food and beverage products.
-Supervises, assigns, leads in food preparation, cleaning, and organizing tasks.
-Ensures all shift lists are completed in a timely manor and priorities are followed.
-Exercises precise control of monies and food inventories.
-Holds staff accountable for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
-Oversees and directs training and development of staff.
-QSR experience is taken into consideration.
-Must be 18 years of age or older
