Requirements:

• 2 years + college or experience

• Valid drivers license

• Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills.

• Property insurance claims experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels, within a team and independently

• Experience with disaster recovery plans is desired.

• Skilled in the development of a sales management system, training programs, and standard operating procedures.

• Proficient in computers (Excel/Word), ease in learning sales software, internet

Other job expectations include working overtime at a moments notice and being on-call during non-business hours, weekends, and all holidays per schedule/s.

Job Qualifications:

• Clean driving and criminal record. Do not apply if you have a felony and conviction of DUI, theft and violence.

• Drug-free.

• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic typing.

• Reliable transportation to/from work.

• Flexible schedule in order to work scheduled hours and be on-call.

• Be proficient in communications, both verbal and written.

• Construction background or knowledge of how buildings are built is extremely desirable.

• Be able to lift 75 or more without restrictions.

• Enjoy working with people follow directions.

• Be able to problem-solve.

• Able to drive larger trucks (not semis) following state and federal rules of the road: extended work vans and box trucks.

• Must be mechanically inclined since you will be working with equipment.

• Honest, hardworking and has leadership qualities.

Production Technician

SERVPRO of Fresno Southeast would like to hire you for a position in our restoration service production team. The new hire will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. The position requires that the technician be on call to respond after hours, weekends and holidays based on a schedule. Experience is necessary and we will also train the right hire for what we do. It is absolutely necessary that the applicant be able to pass a drug screen and background check (NO FELONY OR CONVICTION WITH DRUGS, THEFT, OR VIOLENCE).

Applicants must have the ability to lift 75 pounds or more, have excellent customer service skills, and experience working with tools and machinery.

Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met. Support Crew Chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
