RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Guest Specialists must be willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS.  Successful Guest Specialists will play an active role in MOOYAH’s Guest Obsession.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting yourself professionally and having fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service.
  • Entering GUEST orders accurately, operating the POS system, & efficiently processing payments.
  • Accurately executing the cash handling and check out procedures.
  • Maintaining safety & sanitation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the Front of House and restrooms throughout shift.
  • Ensuring timely restocking of paper goods, beverage station products and all restroom necessities.
  • Focusing on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service experience. 
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH food and beverage offerings, cleanliness standards, and front of house operating standards.
  • Educating GUESTS about what MOOYAH is and how the concept and food originated.
  • Performing opening set up, running side work and closing duties.
  • Establishing relationships and promoting loyalty through positive interactions with GUESTS.
  • Serving GUESTS according to established procedures and our unique style of service.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Manager on duty.
  • Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full uniform for each shift.  Obtain Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
