RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Kitchen Team Members must be willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS. Successful Team member will play an active role in MOOYAH’s Guest Obsession.
  • Responsibilities may include:
    o Bun toasting and grilled cheese sandwiches.
    o Finish station and shake making.
    o Building buns with appropriate sauces and veggies.
    o Grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon and onions.
    o Fry station and potato prep.
    o Assuming prep duties as needed
    o Other related duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
    o Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full uniform for each shift. Obtain Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
  • Follows good safety and sanitation practices and quality procedures.
    o Always date, labels, and rotates products that have been prepped. Immediately placing into cooler.
    o Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
    o Changes gloves frequently
    o Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
    o Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
    o Always clean as you go during your shift. Perform special cleaning duties as specified by the Manager.
  • Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
  • Passes all general and departmental exams with a 90% grade or greater.
  • Maintains proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
  • Reports to work on time.
  • Reads through station module including product information before starting shift.
