RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Punch in, sign in and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift. Obtain General Manager/Assistant Manager’ s approval prior to punching out.
- Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service experience.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH cleanliness and Local Health Operating Standards.
- Have thorough knowledge of ‘front of house’ (FOH) operating standards
- Have positive interactions with GUESTS throughout the shift.
- Perform opening set-up, ongoing shift work responsibilities and closing duties.
- Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the FOH and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Ensure timely restocking of paper goods, beverage station products and all restroom necessities.
- Maintain safety and sanitation.
- Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
- Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession by smiling and making positive friendly eye contact with the GUESTS.
REPORTS TO; GENERAL MANAGER
REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS;
- Able to stand for up to 9 hours
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Excellent hearing and listening skills
- Basic English language skills
- Must be focused on GUEST’ needs
- Must be able to assist Assistant Manager/
- General Manager with running a shift
