About this job
Large Banking Corporation in Pasadena seeking qualified banking call center reps. Representatives will be responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, answering questions related to checking, savings, opening accounts, credit cards and ATM's. Representative will also qualify leads & solicit orders for products or services via phone and call prospective customers & inform on promotions, pricing & new products.
Temp to hire position with opportunity for commission.
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
High school diploma required plus 1 - 2 years of sales / customer service experience preferred. Excellent phone & customer service skills needed. Banking and/or call center experience is a must. Bilingual, English and Spanish, preferred.
