Dortch Enterprises owns and operates 67 Subway and 16 Halo Burger restaurants in South Eastern Michigan. We have no plans of slowing down our growth, as Dortch Enterprises is the largest Subway franchisee in Michigan.
We currently have openings in Flint and surrounding areas for high integrity, high energy people. Our restaurants consistently rank among the best in service, quality, and cleanliness.
Our Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in fast food/ fast casual environment
Hands-on 'whatever it takes' management style
Able to multitask
Strong communication skills
Proven track record
Desire to continue a career path to success
Positive personality (do you love the restaurant business?)
Valid Drivers License
