Are you a student or new graduate looking for a foot in the door opportunity with a growing company that operates in the higher education arena? We are currently seeking outgoing, driven, and professional candidates to work in customer service capacity. This is a full time temporary to permanent opportunity located in the heart of DC's start up community with potential to grow into a role within several of the startup departments. This position pays $13 hourly plus a commission and incentive plan.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls/ emails from students and professors
- Troubleshooting orders for both students and professors
- Working in a creative and collaborative environment directly with sales managers to achieve continuous growth

Working hours: 40

Ideal candidates will possess:
A Bachelor's degree or working towards completion preferred
Previous experience working in customers service or phone sales capacity
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong multitasking ability
Salesforce experience a plus
