Responsible for the development and placement of advertising, publicity and marketing campaigns in market region. This includes print, radio, TV, direct mail, promotions and other media. Responsibilities also include staying abreast of new product development, product launches, marketing research and sale tools development. * Develops annual budget and marketing calendar
* Working within budget and seasonal guidelines, assures marketing campaigns are efficiently and effectively planned out over the year
* Working with the GM, VP of Finance and the VP of Sales, monitors the cost-per-gross-add as it relates to marketing campaigns and monitors these costs to maximize advertising dollars/ROI
* Works with all team members responsible for developing and implementing the market launch in general, and specifically work with the various channels (dealer, direct retail) as they prepare to launch products
* Prepares and maintains information pertaining to new product development and assist when possible in the financial analysis of these products for possible deployment in MetroPCS' markets
* Develops and maintains market research data and analysis for network builds, niche marketing campaigns, and penetration analyst for future strategy development

Minimum Education/Certifications/Knowledge Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or directly related field or equivalent related experience/education
Minimum Experience/Skill Requirements:
* Six years advertising and/or marketing experience; preferably in the wireless telecomm industry. Prior management experience is preferred.
