Life Line Screening is a 21 year old leading international company seeking Inbound Call Center professionals for our growing Canton division!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior call center experience
• 1-2 of proven inbound sales or sales experience
• Must type 30+ wpm
• Must have good computer skills
• Experience with Sales goals and quotas and the ability to meet and exceed the expectations
• Ability to retain and enter data on customers into the system during the call
• Passion for sales and healthcare

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preventive Health Advisor

#1 Objective: To provide every customer with an experience that compels them to purchase services and/or products both now & in the future

 

Main duties include:

1. Answering inbound calls from new or repeat customers and thoroughly explains the benefits of participating in annual or bi-annual screenings.

 

Customers will call in from a marketing piece they received regarding a screening program that will be offered in their geographic area in the near future.

PHA will verify customer information; name, address, e-mail address

PHA will ask customer questions to identify what screenings will benefit customer based on prior history

Average call is 6-7 minutes long.  Average call volume is 7 calls an hour

Average customer is between the ages of 50-70 years old

 

1. Recommend additional screening packages that are determined through a consultative sales approach to be the most appropriate products and services to offer.

 

PHA will discuss scheduling multiple screenings for additional family members, friends, or loved ones

PHA will review premium packages that customer can schedule for their specific testing location

 

1. Schedule and confirm customers screening, location, and steps they will need to take to prepare for their screening

 

Check calendar and available time slots in scheduling system to coordinate best available time for customer to schedule screening

Verify time and date scheduled and informs them of preparation they will need for their specific screenings; example must fast for 4 hours prior to screening

 

1.  Collect payment for screening package

 

Process payment in full for screening package

If unable to make payment in full, you must secure deposit to hold screening appointment time and date

Enter in credit card information and verify information

1.  Scheduling appointments for Medicare members. 

 

Taking inbound calls from Medicare members that received a marketing flyer about scheduling a wellness visit.

 

We offer:

Large bonuses paid every two weeks!  Average monthly bonus total is $400-$500 and our top sales performers earn $1,200 in bonuses every two weeks!

Full benefits package; medical, dental, 401K.  All employees eligible after 30 days of employment.  Base salary plus competitive bonus structure.  Top representatives total annual earnings $30,000-$40,000 per year.

 

This is a full time direct hire opportunity with Life Line Screening.

 

SHIFTS:  FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME

Full-time shifts:

40 hours a week

Monday-Friday 10:00 am-7:00 pm-In addition must work one weekend day a week or can work both weekend days every other weekend.

Part-time shifts:

Monday through Friday with alternating weekends.  Saturday and Sunday open from 9:00am-9:00pm.  Can be flexible with weekends and part time shifts.

8:00am-12:00pm

3:00pm-10:00pm

4:30pm-10:00pm

5:00pm-10:00pm
