About this job

The Director of General Management leads the Risk Adjustment Operations strategy in order to meet specific quality and program requirements.  The Director will be responsible for setting the operational strategy and MBOs to exceed client and program QA and Revenue expectations.


Other responsibilities will include:

 

Support, contribute to and facilitate the identification, prioritization and implementation of programs and policies to meet client and program requirements.

Create roadmaps and project plans to implement solutions.

Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking.

Accountability for the performance of projects in a large, highly matrixed environment.

Accountability for meeting and exceeding client and program SLAs.

 

 

This position will be located in Franklin, TN.  Relocation assistance may be considered.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

DX coding preferred but not required

Outpatient and inpatient coding experience preferred

Experience running an operation

Risk Adjustment experience preferred

Ability to influence others

Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction.

Demonstrated ability leading and delivering high quality, and client communication.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint REQUIRED; Visio & SharePoint assets.

Familiarity with analysis and program management tools/approaches
