Position Description:




We seek a
Business professional who enjoys customer interaction to fill a Customer Funding Analyst
position. Recent College Grads are
welcome to apply.




Primary Responsibilities:



  • Maintain Funding performance for overdrawn and
    underfunded bank accounts, analyze deficiencies, contact customers to
    resolve funding issues, follow established escalation process.
  • Represent Banking as part of the Account
    Management Team to explain the Banking options and process; Establish Internal and External Customer relationships.
  • Monitor quality of system-fed data; Research and resolve Data issues to load new cases.
  • Manage and monitor an assigned book of ASO self-funded business through the Contract life cycle.
  • Run and analyze system queries.
  • Perform detailed activity analysis including
    issued, cashed, and outstanding reconciliation, as needed.
  • Participate in Customer Banking audits.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 1+ year of previous Customer Service experience or experience presenting information to Internal customers.
  • Previous experience performing Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel to sort and filter data, use basic formulas, create Pivot tables.
  • Basic (or higher) level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for Macros, V-lookups, using IF-statements, and/or creating charts and graphs.
  • Previous experience with and/or knowledge of Self-funded Products.
