Staffmark is searching for a junior level Accounting Clerk for a company in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a great opportunity for a fast growing and stable company. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of billing experience.
Duties include (but not limited to) the following:
• Assist Accounting Department with all aspects of billing for multiple clients.
• Transferring notes from field personnel into billing statement for invoicing purposes
• Research hours worked for specific projects
• Create invoices and review contracts to verify pricing
• General assistance to Accounting Department as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of Billing experience
• Detailed and able to research issues
• Multitask and fast paced
• Prior billing experience for multiple customers
• Computer savvy
• Effective oral and written communication skills
