Job Description
Responsible for Shift Supervisor while fostering a well trained and motivated staff. Sustains established standard operating procedures and is responsible for achieving daily production goals while supervising staff and monitoring work flow. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results, by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coaches, counsels and discplines employees. Coordinates and enforces established standard operating procedures and polices, meets production goals by assigning personnel that can deliver results. Determines priorities by monitoring progress, reveiwing production schedules and resolving problems. Reports results of the Production Manager.

Job Requirements
• Must be able to work in all climate conditions, lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, twist and kneel/crouch for entire shift
• Must have experience in manufacturing environment, good visual skills
• Must have steel toe boots and safety glasses
• Must have positive attitude
• Must have excellent attendance
Must have Highschool Diploma/GED,
Must have previous management experience in manufacturing setting
Willing to submit to background check and drug screen

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, weekly pay with benefits
Shift/Hours: All Shifts available Monday - Friday: 2nd shift is Monday - Thursday 3 pm to 2 am
