Construction Project Manager Job Description

• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors during construction

• Following up on scheduled tasks to ensure proper completion

• Completing construction projects on time

• Special projects and duties as assigned

• Daily reporting to SrVp/Director of Construction & Construction Project Administrator

Job Requirements

• Willing and available to travel

• Flexible with scheduling

• Hardworking and self starter

• Honest and dependable

• Internet and PC proficient

• Motivated and able to multi task

• Very organized, analytical and focused

• Must have commercial/retail remodel experience, preferred 3-5 years in construction management

• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Own operating vehicle with valid license and insurance

• High level of professionalism, using discretion, good judgment and tact

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and customer skills

• Ability to communicate well with subcontractors and suppliers

• Ability to follow company procedures

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
