Summary:
Cleaning homes and satisfying customers using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products. Work is performed Monday through Friday with weekends and evenings free.
Essential Functions:
* Have a full understanding of and be in compliance with Merry Maids' cleaning techniques, products, and training procedures
*Maintain your cleaning kit each day, both in the morning and each evening, including required basic equipment maintenance.
* Make sure all assigned rooms are cleaned properly using Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures
* Assist in maintaining a clean and fresh appearance of the office
* Contribute to the overall goal of maintaining quality customer service
* Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings
* Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned and requested
Qualifications:
* Positive attitude
* Ability to perform house cleaning work using Merry Maids' cleaning procedures and products. (Training provided during initial work-weeks)
* Valid driver's license
* Vehicle with current liability insurance
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Ability to pass a drug screening check
* Must be at least 18 years old
Pay Plan:
* $8.50/hour during training
* 37% - beginning percentage of homes cleaned, with raises to 40%
* Weekly paycheck
* Mileage reimbursed at current rate
