The Travelodge, Hubbard hotel property joined Wyndham in 2012 and completed a full property renovation upon re-branding.
We are currently seeking a hands-on, energetic General Manager to oversee our 31-room Travelodge Hotel.
Our property has received excellent guest reviews and we pride ourselves on providing guests with an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining the property to the highest standard.

The backbone of the leadership structure, the general manager drives the training, culture and overall environment of the hotel. With a proven history of hotel success they assure the effective and efficient operation of the building and are ultimately responsible for achieving guest satisfaction targets, brand standard execution and positive financial performance. Having fully embraced the Wyndham culture, this person is the property expert and assumes all training responsibility related to creating and maintaining that unique culture. The ideal General Manager is approachable and supportive, acting as a mentor to Talent whenever possible.
The ideal General Manager candidate must illustrate the ability and drive to:
* Be an engaging leader who is highly inclusive, inspiring and able to relate to all levels of talent
* Be the ultimate communications hub developing and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships to assure efficient transfer of information
* Create fun at work; attracting the "best in class" talent and facilitates growth
* Translate concepts and ideas into workable actions with healthy but attainable goals
* Have a creative flair in managing the design details and the soul of the operation
* Be personally aligned with the concept of incorporating a cozy harmony of modern elements to the classic American on-the-road tradition
* Give access to his team and is supportive at every turn.
* Be entrepreneurial in nature with a drive to create a unique spirited environment he/she "owns" the hotel and operates as such.
* Ability to comprehend and utilize Profit and Loss statements
* Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations
* Never satisfied with average; conscientious and driven to be the best at what they do always!
* Must have hotel GM experience, Wyndham preferred
* Strong computer skills and ability to be trained on Wyndham web-based reservation system
* Assist in growing occupancy by reaching out to local businesses
* Applicant should be professional, organized and team oriented
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Wyndham or major brand experience a plus!
